Why settle for just one living space outside? Spanning 534 square feet, this deck (originally built in 1996 and updated in 2006 to include a covered kitchen), features three separate living areas. There is an uncovered deck extending from the house serving as a outdoor dining room, a covered kitchen complete with bar seating and a fan to keep you cool, and a fire pit with ample space to roast marshmallows over after dinner. This is sophisticated outdoor living in a modest neighborhood—and we don’t even have space to touch on the landscaping that includes a custom water feature.
