Tid-Bite: Mini Nutella Cheesecake Tart from Gindi Cafe

We got a selection of desserts from Gindi Cafe in Boulder this afternoon and by far my favorite was the mini Nutella cheesecake tart. The thick layer of cheesecake-flavored custard floating over a dense chocolate and hazelnut filling was so rich, you don’t need more than a mini to be completely satisfied!

Taste the State

Taste the best the state has to offer! This Friday, the Colorado hotel and lodging association presents “Delightful Dishes and Dreamy Getaways” at the Brown Palace Hotel. For $49, guests can take a virtual trip around the state with 16 tasting stations hosted by hotel chefs and bid on more than 100 live and silent auction items benefiting the Food Bank of the Rockies and the CH&LA readiness fund.
