Longmont, CO— Indulge in an extraordinary dining experience with Chef Adam and Chef Patrick at their exclusive omakase dinner, featuring a six-course meal that showcases the rich and diverse flavors of Japanese cuisine. This unique culinary event will take place at the Chef’s counter, offering an intimate 1-on-1 dinner setting that is limited to just 10 guests per night.

• Location: Baa Hachi Chef’s Counter in the Parkway Food Hall
• Time: 5:30 PM

Seating at the counter is limited to ensure an exclusive and personalized dining experience. Due to the limited availability, we are hosting this event for two consecutive nights, but tickets are expected to sell out quickly.

Yellowtail Hamachi

 hamachi + yuzu kosho + gooseberries + cucumber yuzu juice + mint oil

COURSE 2 

Agedashi D?fu (Fried Tofu in Broth) 

negi + daikon + bonito flakes + tentsuyu sauce 

COURSE 3 

Unagi Tamagoyaki 

unagi kabayaki (grilled eel) + Kewpie mayo Japanese BBQ sausage + seaweed powder sea cured egg yolk 

COURSE 4 

Wood Smoked Onigiri

 miso mirin cured salmon + soy sushi rice + seaweed 

COURSE 5 

Beef Tataki 

ponzu sauce + shallot jam + fried garlic chips + negi 

COURSE 6

 Matcha Tiramisu 

chocolate tree + honey corn

Guests will have the unique opportunity to sit at the Chef’s counter, where they can witness Chef Adam and Chef Patrick meticulously prepare each course and serve it directly to them.
