Proto's Pizza

This is how pizza should be. Fresh, flavorful and fundamental ingredients are the foundation of Pam Proto’s Neapolitan-style pies. The homemade sauce and dough are baked in imported pizza ovens from Rome and when you order olives, you get real kalamatas, not the flavorless black disks the delivery chains use. The difference, as is instantly apparent with every pizza, is astounding.
