Over the past year, Boulder EATS! has explored the people, places, and traditions that shape our region’s food culture – from local farms and beloved restaurants to innovative food entrepreneurs, artisans, and community storytellers. Before the exhibition closes on July 26, we invite you to gather with us for an evening of food, drinks, conversation, and reflection.
