Corona’s Mexican Grill is an intimate family-owned restaurant. The “original” Corona’s Mexican Grill is located in the quaint rural town of Strasburg, Colorado. There, the owners, John and Gloria, and their family created what is becoming Colorado’s favorite Mexican cuisine. We think it’s because Gloria, a native of Mexico, puts love into all her recipes. Our staff has a passion for good food, and we are often collaborating to create unique and distinctive specials, with hints of influence from all different parts of Mexico!

The success of the first restaurant encouraged John and Gloria to open the second store in Broomfield, where John’s love for architecture shines! You need only to just walk through the door to feel like you’ve been transported to another place, where you are sure to find authentic Mexican cuisine.
