38th Annual Sunrise Stampede – 5K Run/Walk

The Sunrise Stampede 5K is a family-oriented run/walk that has raised $290,000+ for student programs in the St. Vrain Valley School District.  All net proceeds support Special Education and Mental Health Teacher Innovation Grants.  These grants are awarded to teachers who have innovative ideas to enhance learning for students.  Help us continue a community tradition and support our students.

2024 Event Details: 

The Sunrise Stampede Committee is excited to announce that this year the Sunrise Stampede will be held on Saturday, August 10th. We are looking forward to hosting the race as a community event to kick off the 2024-2025 school year. We will continue to offer a virtual race for those who want to participate, but are out of state or not able to join us the day of the race. We are looking forward to race day!
