The IRONMAN® 70.3® Boulder triathlon returns to Boulder County, Colorado and the foothills of the Rocky Mountains on Saturday, June 14. Amidst breathtaking views of the majestic Flatirons, athletes will kick off their IRONMAN 70.3-mile journey with a 1.2-mile swim in the Boulder Reservoir before embarking on the 56-mile bike course throughout Boulder County. The 13.1-mile two loop run course will take athletes along the Boulder Reservoir, up 63rd Street to Monarch, and all along the Dam Road before finishing back at Boulder Reservoir.

Professional Field:
The 2025 IRONMAN 70.3 Boulder triathlon will feature a field of many of triathlon’s top male athletes battling for a piece of the $20,000 professional prize purse. Highlighting the field are the likes of defending champion Trevor Foley (USA), Colin Szuch (USA), Sam Appleton (AUS), Chris Leiferman (USA), and Matthew Sharpe (CAN). Full list of Pro Athletes

- Thursday, June 12
- 2:00?p.m. – 6:00 p.m. – IRONMAN Village and Athlete Check-In open – Boulder Reservoir
- Friday, June 13
- 9:00?a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – IRONMAN Village and Athlete Check-In – Boulder Reservoir
- 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Mandatory Bike Check-In – Boulder Reservoir
- Saturday, June 14 – Race Day
- 4:30 a.m. – 7:00?a.m.?- Transition area open – Boulder Reservoir
- 7:05 a.m. – Professional Men Race Starts – Boulder Reservoir
- Approx. 10:40 a.m. – First finisher expected at the finish line.
- Approx. 4:50 p.m. – Race Ends?(8.5 hours after the last athlete enters the water)

Applying For Media Credentials:
Registration for media credentials to the upcoming 2025 IRONMAN 70.3 Boulder triathlon taking place on Saturday, June 14 is now available. Media interested in covering the event must register at the link below by Friday, June 13 at 12 p.m. MST to be considered for media credentials.
CREDENTIAL REQUESTS ON RACE DAY WILL NOT BE APPROVED. Media who arrive on day of race without proper registration, will not be provided credentials or access to race venues.
