This interactive workshop will leave you more prepared for the unexpected events that can upend our daily lives.

The Be Ready Longmont workshop held in the Library Meeting Rooms will teach you how to:

  • Make sure you are notified during a disaster or evacuation
  • Be able to prepare for emergencies, disasters, and really anything
  • Build strong, resilient communities by connecting your family to neighbors, the surrounding community, and your city
  • Know additional resource and learning opportunities

Disasters are unpredictable and affect people in different ways. Being prepared to handle common disruptions minimizes a disaster’s impact on you and your community.
