Stop by inventHQ to work on sewing projects in a community setting. Bring your own sewing machine and project or use one of inventHQ’s sewing machines, embroidery machines, and more! Staff, community experts, and volunteers will be available to help with tools and techniques. Each month has a themed focus to help guide your projects.

Ideal for ages 8 and up.

In January, learn about sewing machine basics and maintenance. Skills covered will include threading a machine and winding a bobbin, selecting and customizing stitches and basic maintenance. Curious about how sewing machines work but don’t have one to bring in? inventHQ machines will be available to try out!
