About the Event
Seidel City presents the Seidel City Film Series, a three-day program combining documentary film, contemporary art exhibitions, and panel discussions, January 22-24, 2026. This Boulder art event features evening screenings exploring themes of artistic ambition, cultural legacy, and moral complexity, each followed by conversations with filmmakers, artists, and cultural voices. Films include Happy Birthday Charlie (panel led by Nina Martineck), Earl Biss: The Spirit Who Walks Among His People (discussion with Lisa Gerstner), and Make Me Famous featuring photographer Mark Sink. Three curated art exhibitions complement the films, including works by Edward Brezinski and pieces reflecting Native American art and Southwestern modernism. Experience documentary film, contemporary art, and meaningful dialogue at this unique Boulder cultural event combining cinema and visual arts.
