Bootstrap Brewing was born in 2012 when founders Leslie and Steve Kaczeus traded their careers in the high-tech world for stainless steel tanks, hops, and a dream. Their mission? Build an adventurous, independent craft brewery that cranks out great beer, has a hell of a good time doing it, and gives back along the way. Steve, a mechanical engineer and program manager by trade, spent years as an avid homebrewer before graduating from the American Brewer’s Guild in 2011. Leslie brought the marketing firepower, and together, they brought Bootstrap to life. Their goal has always been simple: Make really great beer, and have a lot of fun doing it. You’ll feel it in every pour, and you’ll hear it too. We’re powered by classic rock, and so is our beer. No, seriously, our fermenters are surrounded by 24/7 tunes. Maybe that’s why the beer comes out so happy, bold, and ready to party. (And yes, we actually pair our beers with music. Check the cans.) We’re proudly independent, family-owned, and 100% craft.
