Right now, the fundamental right to healthcare for transgender Coloradans is under a coordinated federal attack. We need you to stand with us.

Following recent threats from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and theU.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), two of our state’s major healthcare providers, Denver Health and Children’s Hospital Colorado, have been forced to pause gender-affirming care (GAC) for minors. This is a direct result of federal overreach that threatens to strip funding from any hospital providing this essential, life-saving care.

Tomorrow morning, we are joining Attorney General Phil Weiserand a coalition of local and national partners to send a clear message:

Health care is a human right, and Colorado will not be bullied.
