Drug Take-Back Day

The Erie Police Department and the Town of Erie continue to support safe, responsible medication disposal for our community. Unused or expired medicines, including controlled substances, over-the-counter meds, pet medications, and even liquids, can be dropped off to help keep them out of the wrong hands and protect our environment.

This free, no-questions-asked event is done in partnership with the DEA’s National Prescription Drug Take-Back Day, offering a secure and convenient way to turn in unwanted medicines. Simply bring your items, and our team will take care of the rest!
