Motus Playback Theater presents Stories of Colorado and Country at Dairy Arts Center on Saturday, April 4, 2026, 7:00-9:00 PM. In recognition of the nation’s 250th anniversary and Colorado’s 150th, this special improvisational theater event invites you to share your family’s story about love, land, and loss—then watch professional improv actors reenact it on the spot through music, movement, and powerful storytelling. Share a short reflection or memory (funny or sad, recent or long ago), and a diverse ensemble transforms your story into live theater using movement, music, and dramatic spoken word. Audience and performers co-create an event celebrating shared humanity through music, story, poetry, and improv. No pressure to speak—your presence builds community.
