Saxophonist Tyler Farr has captivated audiences across the Rocky Mountain region with his performances alongside several jazz, funk, and pop groups. His recent album, Nature’s Dance features original compositions root in jazz and improvised music. Tyler’s talent has also led him to collaborate with internationally renowned jazz musicians such as Will Vinson, Eric Marienthal, Dennis Diblasio, Tom Harrell, Ed Calle, and Jim McNeely.
Aaron Summerfield, a guitarist skilled across various genres, thrives in the Denver music scene. He completed his Masters in Music at the University of Denver, where he was recognized as the jazz department’s “Outstanding Graduate Student.” As a performer, composer, and college educator, his versatility shines through in his ability to seamlessly navigate between intricate melodies and complex improvisations. His contributions significantly shape the eclectic sound of Big Brooklyn, blending jazz with diverse musical styles. Aaron and Tyler have been collaborating musically for over a decade.
