About This Event

MAD LIBrarians brings improvised storytelling magic to The Savoy in Denver on Saturday, February 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM for a Valentine’s Day family performance. This FREE interactive children’s theatre show features top-notch Colorado improvisers creating hilarious off-the-cuff stories based on book titles made up by kids in the audience. Each one-of-a-kind performance showcases veteran performers from Boulder Ensemble Theatre Company (BETC), including Margarita Archilla, Sheevani Desai, Asa Erlendson, Adrian Holguin, Brian Kusic, Archer Rosenkrantz, Jean Schuman, Mitchell Slevc, and Nanna Thompson. Watch children’s faces light up as professional improvisers bring their creative ideas to life on stage. Free craft activity starts at showtime. First-come, first-served seating (capacity 25-30). No ticket reservations needed. Pay-what-you-can donations welcome to support the show and artists.
