BI - Drop Your ICE Contracts

In 2025, ICE paid BI Incorporated over $171.5 million for their electronic monitoring or “e-carceration” tools. That includes a secretive $1.6 million contract for a bounty hunter-like service called “skip tracing”, where BI Incorporated tracks the locations of immigrants in their communities for ICE ERO. They are currently owned by GEO which is a private prison company that runs the Aurora Concentration Camp for detainees.

Join us outside BI’s Boulder County offices to let them know we do not want businesses here that support ICE! We demand BI drop those contracts!!!

We will assemble peacefully at the BI, Inc. headquarters in Gunbarrel to show the company how strongly our community opposes their collaboration with I.C.E.

BI, Inc. (owned by GEO Group) has contracts with DHS that put it at the center of actions that harm members of community and vulnerable people in communities across the country.

SECURITY & ACCESSABILITY

If you plan to drive to the protest, consider parking farther away from the BI location, and walk or cycle there if you can. There is ample street parking in the area.

The RTD 205 bus goes directly from Boulder to Gunbarrel. The 63rd & Nautilus stop is about a 5 minute walk from BI.

Please consider the risk of surveillance and your level of comfort with it. Turning your phone off or leaving it behind, wearing a mask/sunglasses, covering tattoos, etc. decreases the ability of automated technologies to identify you.

BI has posted no-trespassing signs and private security. Please be careful not to step onto their private property.

There are sidewalks with wheel-chair accessible ramps. There is grass median between the sidewalk and the road.
