Celebrate the arrival of spring in Downtown Boulder at the enchanting Tulip Fairy & Elf Festival on Pearl Street Mall! This beloved annual tradition brings the community together as the magical Tulip Fairy—joined by pint-sized fairies and elves—parades through the mall to “wake up the tulips.”

Enjoy an afternoon filled with live performances, family-friendly activities, and the beauty of over 15,000 vibrant tulips in bloom. Perfect for children and families, this whimsical event captures the spirit of the season in one of Boulder’s most iconic locations.

Costumes encouraged for kids and the young at heart!
