Adrift opens on Sunday to celebrate Mother’s Day with a relaxed, island-inspired evening. Every mom is welcomed with a fresh flower lei, and the night features specialty cocktails, a featured entrée of Citrus Reef Salmon—grilled with citrus glaze and island rum, served with pineapple rice and charred gai lan and two desserts: the Sorrento Sunset Cake and Midnight Island Crème Brûlée. Reservations encouraged.
