Drop off electronics, medication, tires, freon-containing metal items, and mattresses at the Leon A. Wurl Service Center, 150 Bonnell (Lambert) Avenue, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Public Works Department and Sustainability Division partner with vendors to make recycling of unwanted items easy for residents. Pricing varies by material and vendor. And as a reminder, paper shredding is not offered at the spring event.
If your items cannot be recycled, Free landfill drop-off for residents will run from Wednesday, April 29, through Wednesday, May 6. Please note the Front Range Landfill is closed on Sundays. Specific questions about landfill drop off? Please contact the Front Range Landfill at 303-673-9431.
