Silver Sage Village in the NoBo Art District is hosting an Open House. Learn about the cohousing model of cooperative living and tour the campus. Silver Sage has an artist coworking space and is home to a writer/filmmaker and a massage therapist. The Common House is also available for receptions, music, art showings, readings, screenings, and other events, including birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, and receptions of all kinds.

Silver Sage Village

Welcome to Silver Sage Village, a cohousing community in Boulder, Colorado where 24 “Sagers” share a commitment to living and aging in community. Silver Sage Village opened in 2007 as one of the first senior cohousing communities in the country. Built with input by future residents, SSV was developed by Wonderland Lake Development Company, whose founder, Jim Leach, is a leader in cohousing and is himself a homeowner at Silver Sage.
