Study Session: Erie Mineral Rights

The town council will hold a Study Session regarding the Draco Well Pad and the town’s mineral rights on Tuesday, June 2, at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers at Town Hall (645 Holbrook Street). This meeting is for discussion and information sharing only. No decisions will be made, and Public Comment will not be taken. If a final agreement about the sale of mineral rights is reached in the future, a public hearing will be scheduled, and residents will have an opportunity to provide Public Comment at that time.
