Swinging Sunday: The Crystal Swing Band at Nissi's

The Crystal Swing Band, led by drummer Kristin Anderson-Bohan, has been pleasing audiences for over 30 years with 1930s & 1940s swing music. Featuring the music of Glenn Miller, Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Harry James and other great big bands, this 13-piece band with trumpets, trombones and saxophones will have you on the dance floor when they play tunes like In the Mood, Stompin’ at the Savoy, Little Brown Jug, and Sing, Sing, Sing. They have been featured at the Longmont Jazz Festival, Cherry Creek Arts Festival, and Louisville Fourth of July, as well as numerous events throughout the Front Range and beyond.
