Our story goes back to 1960 when Jack Fowler started Fowler Real Estate in Boulder. He sold his first home and the lot next door for $4,650 in 1956. The real estate market sure has changed since the ’50s!

Jack ran a successful Boulder office for over 30 years and he’s still an active Realtor, continuing his education yearly at The Boulder Area Realtor Association which he was the President of in 1973.

In the early 1980s, the Fowler Family built one of the most desirable communities in Boulder, the 363-unit Gold Run Condominium project.

In 1985, Brie’s father, Tom, led the business and shaped it into Fowler Real Estate/Better Homes & Gardens, one of Northern Colorado’s largest and fastest-growing real estate firms with five offices and 350 brokers. Tom now works alongside his daughter, Brie Fowler, at Coldwell Banker-Colorado’s #1real estate company.

 

 

Today, The Fowler Group is Ranked in the Top 5 for Real Estate Brokers in all of Colorado by Top Rated Local®, 2019 and a Top Realtor by 5280.

 

 

During the Pandemic we have put our established resources into full force helping people continue to sell and buy, but more importantly, ensuring our local community is strong long after.
