With owners trained by a master chef in Japan, Kasa brings the art of Japanese cuisine to downtown Boulder. Subtle notes throughout the restaurant lead the eater closer to a “true taste of Japan”: skewers are cooked over a rare Japanese charcoal grill, the ceiling of the restaurant is covered in white Japanese umbrellas, and interior designed by renowned architect Edward Suzuki.
