Pat was a modern dancer, gymnastic coach, and physical medicine assistant in Colorado. She has been teaching Pilates for 27 years. She has had the opportunity to work with First Generation Master Teachers Bruce King, Kathy Grant, Mary Bowen, and Lolita San Miguel. In 1995, Pat met Ron Fletcher. She studied and worked with him for eleven years. Pat has presented at many studios and conferences nationally and internationally and served on the Pilates Method Alliance Board of Directors from 2002 until 2008. Pat is a Franklin Method^®Level III Educator.

Pat works with a full spectrum of clientele from seriously injured patients and advanced athletes seeking performance enhancement. She mentors teachers and students of all lineages in the application of the Pilates principles for movement and health. Pat enjoys running, hiking, skiing and scuba diving.
