Chez Thuy

If the name weren’t enough to woo you into Chez Thuy (pronounced shay twee—how fun is that?), the Vietnamese food should be. Definitely try the house specialty: soft-shell crab deep fried in a light batter and served with fresh lettuce, mint, cucumbers, bean sprouts and nuoc mam sauce for dipping. You’ll be a convert with one bite.
