The Pearl Street Arts Festreturns to downtown Boulder for its 48th year, bringing color, creativity, and community spirit to the iconic Pearl Street Mall (as well as along 14th Street) from Friday, July 18 through Sunday, July 20, 2025. This beloved event is a juried festival featuring 100+ artists from Colorado and across the country, showcasing works in a wide range of mediums—from sculpture and photography to jewelry, woodwork, ceramics, and painting.
Art lovers can stroll the bricks and browse original works in styles that range from abstract to impressionistic, functional to decorative, all while enjoying downtown Boulder’s vibrant summer atmosphere. Artists will be located along all four blocks of the pedestrian mall and along 14th Street between Spruce and Lawry Lane, with something to discover with each step.
Festival admission is free, and parking is easy— City of Boulder parking garages are free on Saturday and Sunday. On Friday, park for a flat $3 fee between 3 pm – 3 am.
