TDC Trio is made up of three of Denver’s most accomplished and versatile musicians, who all just happen to be women. After a joy-filled Mother’s Day brunch gig at our good friends, Dazzle, they all knew they had to do it again!
Myra Warren has a stunningly beautiful voice that resonates with warmth and understanding of lyrics and melody. Her career began in the mid 80’s in Denver’s infamous Five Points. She has performed with a host of esteemed Colorado musicians, including Denver’s own pianist and vocalist, Ellyn Rucker and pianist Eric Gunnison, along with performances at the Five Points Jazz Festival, the Estes Park Jazz Festival and the City Park Jazz Festival. She recorded a CD with the Bobby Greene Trio, produced by Ron Jolly, and another CD with Purnell Steen & LeJazz Machine. Myra is featured as the band singer in the Netflix movie “Our Souls At Night”, which premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 2017, singing What A Difference A Day Made in a scene filmed at Denver’s Brown Palace Hotel. Myra is currently the vocalist with Purnell Steen and the Five Points Ambassadors.
