Join KGNU and CFCZ on Feb 3, 2024, for the annual KGNU/CFCZ Mardi Gras Dance party featuring Joe Hall & The Cane Cutters at the Avalon Ballroom.

KGNU Community Radio and Colorado Friends of Cajun-Zydeco Music and Dance (CFCZ) celebrate Mardi Gras with an evening of revelry, music and dancing.

A free zydeco dance lesson starts at 7:00 PM, music at 8:00 PM. Doors at 6:30 PM.

Tickets:

$40 – Advance discount through Dec 31, 2023.
$45 – Jan. 1 through Feb. 2, 2024
$49 – At the Door (No online sales day of show)
$20 – Student with ID at door.
Where: The Avalon Ballroom: 6185 Arapahoe Rd, Boulder, CO

There will be a Mardi Gras costume contest with prizes, so be sure to dress in your festive best, the more outrageous and decadent, the better!

Food and beverages (beer, wine, soft drinks) will be available for purchase.

Complimentary King Cake served after the costume contest.

This event is a benefit for KGNU and CFCZ.
