About This Event

East Window Gallery presents Beit/Home Palestine: Existence and Resistance, a powerful art exhibition opening January 16, 2026, curated by Jennifer Heath and Margaret Haydon for the Boulder-Nablus Sister City Project. This profound exhibition features works by ten Palestinian artists and four artists who have worked in Palestine, plus poignant drawings and paintings by Palestinian children from the West Bank and Gaza. The deeply expressive pieces, donated by the artists, illuminate Palestinian homeland stories and century-long suffering while raising funds for Art and Youth programs in Askar Refugee Camp in the West Bank. Opening reception runs 7:00-9:00 PM on January 16, with the exhibition continuing through January 31, 2026. Through visual arts and film/video, this Boulder exhibition promotes cultural understanding, citizen diplomacy, and support for Palestinian children’s relief through art. Experience this moving collection that tells desperately needed stories while supporting humanitarian efforts.
