Colorado Cowboy Gathering 2026

The Colorado Cowboy Gathering celebrates cowboy heritage, traditions and entertainment, which grew out of the traditions of cattle drives in the American West. If you've never been to the Gathering and you like stories, poetry and songs with a Western theme then this is the event for you. The Colorado Cowboy Gathering (CCG) is dedicated to exploring, presenting and preserving the diverse and dynamic cultural heritage of the American West. CCG is an organization that believes in a world where a handshake means something and that the Code of the West is a powerful way to teach our children to live a life of integrity, commitment and respect. CCG celebrates the wisdom, artistry and ingenuity of Western folkways through exhibitions, area-wide outreach educational programs, and a premier annual event held in January – a vital link to the past, present and future, and where the traditions of the cowboy and the Code of the West are shared through stories, poetry, song and verse.
