Fire and Fiesta with La Diva Dia

Boulder Opera Company’s upcoming event Fire and Fiesta with La Diva Dia! This one-night-only concert features Spanish mezzo-soprano Dianela Acosta and her talented friends, including Ecuadorian soprano Maria Jose Fabara, Ecuadorian tenor Alejandro Izurieta (also performing on Cajón Peruano), and Argentinian pianist Fernanda Nieto. Together, they will bring a passionate program of Latin music—from zarzuela and opera to vibrant selections by Lecuona, Guastavino, and De Falla.

This event is not only a celebration of music and culture, but also a fundraiser to support our vision of establishing a permanent opera house in Boulder.
