Hail The Sun brings their cut. turn. fade. back tour to Boulder Theater on Friday, May 1, 2026, with Foxy Shazam, Lady Radiator, and Resilia. The Chico, California post-hardcore quintet—Donovan Melero (vocals), Shane Gann and Aric Garcia (guitars), John Stirrat (bass), Allen Casillas (drums)—deliver their seventh album exploring life’s cyclical nature through military atrocities, humanitarian crises, addiction, and lost love. Produced by Beach Noise (Kendrick Lamar’s Mr. Morale & the Big Steppers), this viscerally powerful record features standout tracks like “Relapse Is A Love Affair” (Melero’s raw addiction recovery story) and politically charged closer “War Crimes.” From post-hardcore energy to shapeshifting production, Hail The Sun probe existence’s fundamental questions without flinching from self-reflection.
