Interpolation at Dazzle

Interpolation is a new Denver-based band rooted in jazz tradition while drawing inspiration from Afro-Latin, Afrobeat, Ethio-jazz, Highlife, and more to create new life in music. For this show, Interpolation will be playing the music of Sahib Sahib, who was mainly known for his sideman work with names such as Dizzie Gillespie, Dexter Gordon, Thelonious Monk, Ben Webster, and many more. While his solo work as a leader doesn’t have as much acclaim as his peers, Interpolation looks to get you acquainted with his amazing compositions.
