Event Details

My friends, I’m pleased to announce a benefit concert at Pine Street Church in Boulder to support the development of a neuro-inclusive cohousing community as our second residential location! It will join our first community, located in Littleton, CO.
Victory Village – ‘A Trailhead Community’ is what the CoHousing Association of the United States calls ‘more than cohousing’. It is an intentional community supporting both neurodivergent and neurotypical residents living together in a connected, supportive environment.
This performance is the first of two concerts bracketing the Pearl Street Mall’s Band on the Bricks music series. The second concert with Moors & McCumber is scheduled for Thursday, 8/27 at 7 pm.
Buy your tickets now and enjoy an incredible evening of John Denver music, performed by national touring artist Cowboy Brad. See the QR Code in the poster to access the ticket site.
See you there, and we’ll be Rocky Mountain High!
I Poems, Prayers and Promises it will be a great time!

Trailhead Community

Trailhead Community was originally inspired by the success of Stepping Stone Support Center, a sister company established in 2013. The Support Center provides prevocational and life skills training, job placement, job coaching services, social events and community connection. It now serves more than 100 individuals with developmental disabilities to live meaningful and productive lives. With this success in one aspect, it became quickly evident that another important piece was missing for adults with developmental disabilities: Homes of their own! The individuals we work with are first and foremost ADULTS. Like all adults, they deserve to live independently in a place of their own. So in 2016, a group of parents, Stepping Stone staff and other friends all came together for the purpose of creating a non-profit to address this need. Stepping Stone Cmmunities was born and the mission established: creating and designing an extraordinary opportunity for people to come together in an integrated and intentional apartment community!
