Off Leash

Off Leash by Sasha Valen, directed by Kai Morgan, was written to be performed by a human cast with a canine and human audience.

The movement, sound, and storytelling is based on the latest research in animal behavior that is intended to illicit an emotional response from dogs watching the play. Human audiences are invited to open their minds and step into the perspective of some of our closest companions. “Theater is a powerful tool for empathy, expanding that to non-humans is an intuitive and exciting next step.” (Betty Hart, Co-Artistic Director).
