Event Details

An immersive and transformative creative art experience where you show up as you are and leave with art that tells your story.

The Art of Healing is a transformative workshop experience where we honor the story that has shaped you. Through a combination of guided meditation, personal introspection, and ceramic painting we create a sacred space to reconnect with your inner voice, allow you to process your personal journey, and to create something beautiful from it.

Inspired by the work of artist Lanecia Rouse, The Art of Healing offers a trauma-informed, creativity-centered space that invites participants to find healing both within themselves and with those around them. Led in a way that honors the complexity of their stories, participants leave with a physical reminder that beauty can emerge from every stage of their journey.

In honor of Pride month, this experience is carefully curated for LGBTQ+ people and allies seeking a meaningful, inclusive, immersive experience that fosters individual and collective connection, renewal, and healing.

This workshop includes:

• 2.5 hours of guided facilitation

• All materials and supplies

• A ceramic keepsake bowl for each participant to take home

No art skills are required—just an open heart and willingness to show up authentically. Come as you are. Leave with art that tells your story.

*Space is limited. Participants are encouraged to register early.
