Nick Forster, the founder and CEO of eTown, member of the award-winning band Hot Rize, and a true Boulder icon, brings his signature warmth and insight to The Talk of Our Town. On February 27th, Nick sits down with two legendary figures shaping Boulder’s food scene, Dave Query and John Lehndorff.

Dave Query: Dave is the visionary founder of Big Red F Restaurant Group, one of Colorado’s most successful hospitality empires. John Lehndorff: A longtime food journalist and storyteller, John has chronicled Colorado’s evolving food culture for decades through publications like Boulder Weekly, Colorado AvidGolfer, and Peak Magazine and as the host of Radio Nibbles and Kitchen Table Talk on KGNU. He brings a deep understanding of the history and evolution of Boulder’s unique food scene.
