Join us Friday, January 30, 2026, from 5-7 pm for the Member Reception of our 2026 Members’ Show, The Power of Process: A Jeffco School Exhibition, and Red Rocks Community College: Visual, Audio, Media Arts at our Astor House Location. Come and say hello to the community and hear from soem of FAC’s most talented community artists.
The Foothills Art Center was established in 1968 when a group of local artists, originally known as the Michonia Watercolor Society, bought the First Presbyterian Church building to have a permanent location for their work. Since then, Foothills Art Center has grown and evolved to offer a broad range of exhibits, events, and programming for artists and community members. To meet the needs of our community, we expanded into the historic Astor House in downtown Golden to display all of our exhibitions.
