Majority Leader – Monica Duran

Assistant Majority Leader – Jennifer Bacon

Co-Whips – Iman Jodeh and Matt Martinez

Co-Caucus Chairs – Junie Joseph and Mandy Lindsay

Joint Budget Committee Members – Shannon Bird and Emily Sirota

“This leadership team represents Coloradans from across the state, which helps ensure outcomes that benefit everyone no matter your background or zip code,” said Shad Murib, Chair of the Colorado Democratic Party. “From fighting to build more housing that keeps folks in their communities to addressing the high cost of living and creating good-paying jobs, this House leadership is ready to tackle our biggest challenges to get the biggest results for Coloradans no matter where they live.”

“It is an honor to serve as Speaker, and I’m proud that my colleagues have placed their trust in me to lead the House as Democrats enter our 13th year in the majority,” said Speaker Julie McCluskie, D-Dillon. “Coloradans continue to send House Democrats to the Capitol because we focus on making our state more affordable, listen to our communities, and deliver results on the issues that matter most. Serving in our caucus are veterans, teachers, immigrants and working people; we reflect the diversity of our state, and we care about our future. Colorado will continue to be a bright spot for the nation, and I know our majority is committed to protecting our rights and freedoms and to building a welcoming state for all.”

“It’s an honor to be re-elected as Majority Leader. I will continue to work tirelessly for the people of Colorado. I will continue to elevate and unite us as Democrats and will strive to create an environment where diversity in opinions and personalities is respected,” said House Majority Leader Monica Duran, D-Wheat Ridge. “I’m proud of our diverse leadership team, which will include six people of color and six women, and I look forward to working with them and each member of our caucus to advance our agenda and our Democratic values. From pursuing common sense gun safety legislation to expanding tax credits for low and middle income families, I’m proud of the great work of our caucus. Our communities are counting on us to fight for their rights and values; and this team is excited to lead our caucus and deliver for Colorado.”
