Bootstrap was founded by Leslie and Steve Kaczeus in 2012 who left the high-tech industry to follow their dream of creating an adventurous craft brewery dedicated to producing a wide range of high-quality ales and lagers.

Steve is a Mechanical Engineer and Program Manager by training and was an avid home brewer for many years. He graduated from the American Brewer’s Guild in the summer of 2011.  Leslie’s background is in marketing.

Our goal is simple – we want to make really great beer and have a lot of fun. We also love to rock out and our beer enjoys the best classic rock 24 hours a day which is why it’s so happy and delicious!  Did you notice that we have music pairings with our beer?

CAN I BUY A KEG FROM YOU?
We don’t sell kegs direct but you can buy a 1/2 BBL or 1/6 BBL keg from your favorite liquor store that sells kegs. If it’s not in stock, they can definitley order it for you if you give them a little bit of notice.  See FIND OUR BEER.

CAN I HOST AN EVENT AT YOUR FACILITIES?
Absolutely! EMAIL US to ask about your date and time.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE BEER?
Our beers are not gluten free however they are gluten REDUCED to <10 ppm and many customers who are gluten sensitive drink our beer. Our Sparkalicious Hard Seltzer is gluten FREE.

DO YOU GIVE TOURS?
With advance request, we can often accommodate a group tour and we may be able to do spontaneous tours depending on staff availability so please ask if interested!

CAN I BRING MY DOG TO THE BREWERY?
Well behaved, non aggressive dogs are welcome on the patio and must be on leash in hand. If your pup barks, please leave them at home as we adhere to a 3 barks you’re out policy.

WHAT ABOUT KIDDOS?
Our taproom is family friendly.

WHERE CAN I PARK IF THE LOT IS FULL?
Overflow parking is available along Pratt Street (north of our building) or 2nd Avenue (west of our building)

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?
Yes, you can purchase gift cards in any amount in the tasting room.

DO YOU HAVE WI-FI?
Yes, ask your beertender for the password.

DO YOU SERVE FOOD?
Bootstrap doesn’t make food but we often have a food truck onsite which will be listed on our CALENDAR.

DO YOU SERVE NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
Yes, we sell Izze sparkling beverages, a variety of sodas & tomato juice. Chilled water is available from our drinking fountain and bottle filler.

DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOL FROM OTHER COMPANIES?
No.  Our manufacturing and wholesale licenses allow us to sell only our own beer.  No outside alcohol is ever permitted on premise.
