Specializing in anxiety, depression, self-harm, PTSD, gender identity, LGBTQIA challenges, sensual identity, sexual identity, low self-confidence, ADHD, life transitions, relationship challenges, creativity blocks, grief and lack of purpose or direction. Creative Conscious Connections is a holistic expressive arts based therapy practice, offering art, somatic, and meditative therapies.
