The Tivoli Turnhalle is our largest and most popular venue space, and the perfect location for any event! The space consists of a lower main level, as well as upper balcony level, and can seat up to 230 at banquet rounds just on the lower level! This provides plenty of space for both guest seating and additional space for check-in, registrations, and catering. The space also includes an upper balcony space, which is perfect for additional guest seating for up to 100, vendor booths, or can be used as an additional activation area for events such as cocktail receptions, networking events, or poster sessions. The space also includes a large, beautiful stage that comes equipped with a built-in screen and projector, surround sound, basic stage lighting, and a 16-channel mixer for multiple microphone capabilities. Framed by intricate antique molding, the stage is the perfect backdrop for keynote speakers and presentations. Depending on the capacity and desired seating for the breakouts, our team will work with you to determine the best layout and flow for a seamless event. An added bonus? Our standard tables and chairs do come included with all rentals, as well as access to our standard AV equipment. Our dedicated, hands-on Event Crew will take care of setting up those items prior to when your reservation starts and will then teardown the space at the end of your reservation, providing you with a stress-free event experience.
