We’re Looking for a New Food Columnist!

Yellow Scene Magazine, a 70,000-circulation regional news, entertainment, lifestyle and culture magazine in Boulder County, is looking for a monthly food/restaurant columnist to add to our award-winning editorial staff. The columnist would be responsible for one story a month—one truly awesome story—and he or she will work with our editor to build a concept, voice and narrative for said column.

We seek: An experienced Boulder County/North Metro area writer who has knowledge of or practice in the culinary world. Don’t cook? Don’t worry. If you have a way with words, you know the area and you love food culture and foodie trends, we still want to get to know you.

We Seek: Someone creative and passionate, who can help us develop a new monthly column with a strong narrative and a pithy yet personable voice.

We seek: A writer who meets deadlines, who knows their grammar and style, who will go above and beyond.
We seek: A local who wants to be a part of our team, who is ready to explore the farms, restaurants, farmers’ markets, bodegas, artisan shops and groceries of Colorado.
