On Friday, the 24 Carrot Bistro in Erie had it’s grand opening, with owners Kevin Kidd and Bianca Netzloff cutting a red ribbon with traditionally oversized scissors and officially announcing their presence in Erie.

The restaurant, located at 578 Briggs St., is taking reservations for dinner now though walk-ins are welcome. They are also serving lunch, and expect to be serving brunch by the end of August. Naturally, they have a carrot cake which Yellow Scene can confirm is delicious.
