William Oliver’s Windsor Grand Opening

Windsor, CO February 28, 2023: William Oliver’s is excited to announce the official grand opening of their third location in Windsor, Colorado. 

William Oliver’s opened their first location in Fort Collins ten years ago and a second location in Lafayette six years ago.

“We are very excited to have our Grand Opening in Windsor finally,” said William Oliver’s owner Ryan Wallace, “we began this project in September of 2021. It has been a long build-out, but the support of the Town of Windsor and the community has been phenomenal.”

William Oliver’s Windsor has held their “Soft Open” to the public since February 15, 2023, and it is now time to launch the new pub officially. “The Soft Open gave our crew a chance to learn the unique items that make each pub special,” said Maggie Trees Keenan, General Manager of William Oliver’s Windsor, “the feedback from the community has been so kind. Our guests have graciously welcomed us to the community during our two-week soft opening period, and we are extremely excited to get to know more of our wonderful neighbors and friends.”

William Oliver’s Windsor opens for lunch at 11 am and stays open until 2 am, seven days a week.
