Whatever the gathering, this list of Holiday Hooches will keep the spirits high.

Poinsettia Martini: Chill a half-ounce of Triple Sec and three ounces of cranberry juice. Pour into a champagne flute, stir and top with champagne.

Dale’s Christmas Candle: Layer one part Sloe Gin over one part Rumplemints over one part part Crème de Menthe. Top with a float of 151, and ignite. Make sure to douse the flame before shooting.

Amy’s Nutty Maria: Equal parts Frangelico, Tia Maria and cream, shaken with ice. Strain and pour into a martini glass. Add a splash of soda.

Candy Cane: Mix 3/4 of an ounce each of Peppermint Schnapps and Crème de Cacao with 1/4 ounce of Grenadine in a highball glass with ice. Fill the rest with cream, add a splash of soda.

Hanukkah Blue Martini: Mix 3 parts vodka with 1 part sweet Vermouth. Shake with ice, strain into a martini glass and add a splash of Blue Curacao. Garnish with a white chocolate dreidel.
