Multi-talented record producer, engineer and song writer Steve Vidaic has enjoyed a career in the music industry despite never really becoming a household name.
He’s spent most of the last four years on the road, performing with a wide variety of bands and musicians including Warren Haynes, The Pharcyde, Bo Diddley and The Motet.
To think, his rock-n-roll dream started when he was just 15, that’s when Vidaic stamped his first record. An alumnus from the Institute of Audio Research, Vidaic has a wealth of music experience and knowledge. The guys over at Waterloo Icehouse know a thing or two about music, speaks volumes that he will play a set there this weekend.
That, coupled with a newly recorded album, Paper Boat EP, and rampant touring schedule, has us guessing Vidaic will earn household name status before too long.
9 p.m., Sept. 12, Waterloo Icehouse, Louisville.
